Hello Dr. Huberman, I wanted to ask if there was a reason for the print length to be different of your upcoming book "Protocols" in different countries. I've already placed the pre-order and cannot wait for it to arrive haha.

Thank you for everything you do for science!

How cool is this?? I put this in the suggestion box a few months ago, the science of comedy with Tom Segura and here it is! Both of these guys remind me of each other and here it turns out they’re related love it! Thanks for another great episode

Listening to you guys talk about energy in an audience and crafting your skills as you do the work makes me think of what it felt like teaching high school! No one teaches you how to present to high school kids. It can be very intimidating. Some people are naturals. I was not. It took me two years before I really gained my confidence. And they will eat you alive if they know you are nervous or afraid. Anyways I thought it was interesting the parallels that I grabbed from this content. As always enjoy all of your content thank you.

Yes! Thank you for this one Dr. Huberman. I've been thinking a lot about how a comedic mindset may be ideal for students, since the open mindedness and metacognitive awareness of what expectations are and how to subvert them is ideal for neuroplasticity/ making the most out of any feedback you receive.

Too poor to read this

Came here for this.
I'm also too poor to read this. It would cost me my whole life savings just for a few minutes to hear Tom's witty genius.

Would you consider an ep on Retinitis Pigmentosa? It runs in my family and no Dr has been able to advise on the carriers experience, I don’t display typical symptoms like the affected family members but there is some form of dystrophy going on.

If anyone has an interest in becoming a comedian, take an improv class. You'll soon find out if you're funny or not. My family and friends never told me I was funny. But my improv teachers, fellow students and audience members did. It gave me enough confidence to ahead and attend open mics.

What a change this is so chilled love it, so relaxed maybe it's easier because they know each other well already. Cool runnings ‍♂️ part was fun. Hope I stay with it for the comedy parts, oh it all was. Cheers fellas.

Hey Dr Andrew. Would be honoured to have the following queries worked out…
1. Are headphones/earbuds alright for our ears in the long term? Lately people around have been claiming them to harm the ears…if so, then should we eliminate their use completely or what’s the limits of using them?
And are headphones better or earbuds if sth still gotta be used??

2. There’s a big notion regarding the benefits of listening to music/songs in general. So much so that some people take it for an essential part of their daily lives… is music really essential or can we go about living an entire life devoid of it and still making good…if it’s possible, will be a big time saver for me…
P.S: Don’t judge me for this time consciousness. An Indian student appearing for medical entrance test… Apart from study, can afford bare minimum stuff in routine…( meditation included)…
