Great pod guys. In April my son and I saw Tommy Bunz and Kirk Fox in Idaho perform the "sharpie set list" referenced. Fantastic night! What really stuck with me, he took a couple mins and showed appreciation for folks coming to see him well beyond a simple, thanks for coming

Very enjoyable conversation to listen to. First huberman lab podcast I didn't have to pause & rewind. It's great to see Andrew mix it up with the guests and find out even more about his interests. I'm a huge fan and I've learned so much from this podcast.

Great episode! Side note: Art history was the first college course I took. Life changing and totally opened my eyes to appreciating different styles and artists. I’m almost 47 and I still have my gigantic textbook on my coffee table ❤

I took a lot of acid in high school, and loved renting weird stuff from Blockbuster, listening to Dr. Octagon, and turning the TV on late at night on TNT and reading weird stuff like Beastmaster or Puppet Master. The world seemed like a huge weird place and I was really inspired by that. Tom's new shows on Netflix is so god damn delightful, Tim and Eric are looking up from Hell and smiling, thank you Tom Segura for keeping the dream alive (and doing the young Chinese girl voice)

Atp it's necessary. You know how hysterical it would be to hear Tim talking slowly and trying to articulate himself in the Huberman style? Would be a bit

why would you talk to Segura about comedy?

One of the elements of humor is surprise. Remove the surprise at the end of the joke because you have heard and know the surprise--- then it's no longer funny.
