Why does the moon look so much bigger when it is at the horizon level compared to when it is directly overhead?

Just noticed a new feature 'key concepts'... brilliant to see how many concepts both of you spoke about.

Hi Andrew. Is there a way to reach you directly about sending you a book?

Mind blown! There's a lot of information to process and internalize.

Thanks Andrew , ( fellow ophthalmologist) for a fascinating and high level view of lots of different areas in science. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Just one comment about the history of astronomy, you missed out the Ancient Indian astronomers, who knew about heliocentricity centuries before Galileo

You were gonna come around to it eventually Dr. Huberman. There's only so many topics a person can explore! Speaking of which, I had an idea you could riff off of if you so choose. Now that you are doing essential episodes, what about covering topics on other basics of life, like driving, showering, or walking. Hope you all have a great day.

Please do an episode on POTS and hEDS. Doctors don’t take it seriously and so many of us are chronically struggling without knowing how to help ourselves.

Dr. Huberman, will you please do an episode on climate change?
by (100 points)
climate change is a myth. it snowed 6 inches this winter, something that never happened before.
