Are blueberries really effective in helping with weight loss? If they are, how do they achieve that?

How about decaf? The magic of coffee lies not in caffeine right?

I love coffee but I can only drink it with cream. Would it be better for me to drink tea instead?
by (100 points)
He has said in a video to use nut milk/cream. Just not cows milk etc. I started using coconut sweetened condensed milk and coconut milk with a little vanilla to make my own creamer.

Why does cooking with EV Oil destroy the peppery taste 100%? I can't figure this out
by (100 points)
Probably because the heat destroys the polyphenols, that give the olive oil its peppery taste.

No coffee for me. It’s too acidic.
by (100 points)
Gives me bad sleep. So I have switched into tea (mostly green)
by (100 points)
Green tea has its own different benefits. Those who feel coffee is acidic add coconut milk and ghee. Get everything organic without additives.
by (100 points)
There’s low acid coffees

Dr. Amen says coffee is bad for your brain???
by (100 points)
Yes. So, who do we believe? Most studies I have seen support Dr. Li. WFPB diet, and a little coffee.
by (100 points)
A cup a day might do more good then bad.

Is decaf equally beneficial ???
by (100 points)
You loose Caffeine benefits, other then that you still benefit from other stuff.
by (100 points)
He said in the video that you don’t get as much of the bioactives in decaf, but if you can’t do caffeine, then decaf will still give you some benefits.
by (100 points)
@ Great … wonder  if anyone has done a ‘deep dive’ on the difference between decaf and regular !? ‍♂️

Many reliable researchers shows, that coffee isn’t healthy , and actually has many significant side effects - on cognition , also hormonal and biological , and most of pro- coffee results are biased, and were founded by coffee manufacturers ! You are well come to research it yourself

Give those references to back your claims. The doc knows.
by (100 points)
may be wrong.  I love coffee.  Now, after all these years, I can’t drink it with or without cream.  When I started having bad side effects, I tested if coffee was the problem.  I stop drinking it for 30 days.  I feel much better.  The bad side effects stopped.
by (100 points)
@ of course. A study of one. That’s perfect for you. The doc is talking about probabilities across populations. Just saying reference the broad claims w evidence.
