Blueberries have been touted as an effective superfood for many health benefits. I tried adding blueberries to my breakfast smoothies and was pleasantly surprised. Not only was I able to shed a few lbs, but my energy levels also soared! I was shocked to learn that blueberries could offer such a drastic change. It turns out, they aggressively fight stubborn body fat while simultaneously boosting your metabolism.

Yes. So, who do we believe? Most studies I have seen support Dr. Li. WFPB diet, and a little coffee.

Yuck! So now I have one nasty cup of coffee black and wait an hour to have it my way ~ coffee flavored 1/2 &1/2 I do have one cup of blueberries every day.

You loose Caffeine benefits, other then that you still benefit from other stuff.

He said in the video that you don’t get as much of the bioactives in decaf, but if you can’t do caffeine, then decaf will still give you some benefits.

Many reliable researchers shows, that coffee isn’t healthy , and actually has many significant side effects - on cognition , also hormonal and biological , and most of pro- coffee results are biased, and were founded by coffee manufacturers ! You are well come to research it yourself

may be wrong.  I love coffee.  Now, after all these years, I can’t drink it with or without cream.  When I started having bad side effects, I tested if coffee was the problem.  I stop drinking it for 30 days.  I feel much better.  The bad side effects stopped.

@ of course. A study of one. That’s perfect for you. The doc is talking about probabilities across populations. Just saying reference the broad claims w evidence.
