Can someone help me understand whether cancer can be prevented and what aspects can help in its prevention?

You need a good reason why to do it. I am off all my medications I am 73. I'm no longer depressed or anxious. My type 2 diabetes is gone. My kidney disease has improved. I'm in 90% less pain from an autoimmune disease. That's big motivation for me. It really works.

   ketogenic  diet. There are many videos  on YouTube  on how to reverse  type 2 diabetes.  Dr westman,  dr berry,  dr berg, and many more. You can  absolutely  do it and get off your medications by following  a low carb diet . Good luck!

my dad has cancer my mom died from cancer,i sended this vid to my dad,i really hope he atleast gives it a watch,its hard to lose a parent when you're just 21 i'm 32 now i hope my dad can atleast survive a lil longer

The future is bright but not because of nonsense like this. People are cured daily, not all ofc, late stage is a nightmare.
I am sorry, I am cancer researcher, but this man is simplifying cancer so much it's ridicolous.... for example, colon cancer has 4 different subtypes, of them only 1 is metabolicly driven. There are 120+ diseases we call cancer and yes around 28 are metabolic.....I am so tired of old generation of oncologists talk about cancer ignoring the latest data and research when we learned more in the last 5 years than the 50 before....

’s awesome, and thank you  But the treatments still seem like some sort of medieval torture and worse than the disease. Having seen loved ones go through it, with the best of medical care, I would rather take my chances with the diet and lifestyle

  that's not true we cure over 90% of up  to stage 3 cancers, the stage 4 are the ones that are nuke it hope. There are so many innovations but the issues are when people seek help too late

Got to say I think (from watching all the other metabolic experts over the past 6-7 years) he’s spot on but is missing (in my opinion) light environments too. Toxic blue light from modern lighting / screens / lights and screens in at night and not enough natural daylight into the eyes and on to our skin has huge metabolic consequences. Thank you Steven for another incredible podcast

I just learned more about cancer in 1 1/2 hours than I've known my entire life. I absolutely love researches who question the status quo and introduce concepts that require an entire shift in old school thinking. Great guest and his passion is contagious.

I am so thankful for this new aproach to cancer treatment. It saved my friends life. She had stage 4 Thyroid cancer it alao went to her lymph nodes by her thyroid but she is now cancer free!

What a pile of bs. Going to lymph nodes is not dangerous for thyroid cancer, it never goes further from there. So it‘s just wrong to treat this part as a miracle.

Telling people to not treat the STAGE 4 cancer based on bs miracles is so immoral.

If it was stage 4 they would usually remove the thyroid completely
